Returns & Refunds

Refunds:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unopened, in their original packaging and must NOT be a "made to order" item (made to order items cannot be returned or refunded). Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Damaged Items:
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may require a photo of the damaged item to be sent to us for verification. Once we have verified the damage, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund.
